Before setting up SARS, he worked as Director of the Ukrainian office of the investment bank Renaissance Capital. Prior to that, he worked in the corporate finance team of SBC Warburg in New York and at Toronto Dominion Securities in Canada. In his previous employments, Andriy Sirko has executed numerous M&A transactions advising major Canadian, American and European corporations. He has been involved in privatization advisory and project finance transactions in the high-tech, oil and gas, electricity, and finance industries, mostly in the US and in Latin America.

Dmitriy Kushnir
Managing Partner

Dmitry Kushnir started his IT career in USA in 1999. He has 20 years of IT industry experience. Dmitry has a strong network and expert knowledge of IT industry in Central and Eastern Europe, where he spent 12 years of his career. He was running global IT services delivery and operations at Luxoft for 6 years across 20 countries in Europe, Asia Pacific and Americas. Dmitry joined SARS Capital beginning of 2020 and is based in Switzerland.

Denis Korobeynikov
Managing Partner

Denis has been with SARS Capital since early 2010. In December 2014 Denis was promoted to the Partner responsible for execution of M&A transactions, devising M&A strategies, identifying sectors and companies that might be viable business targets for clients, performing due-diligence, etc.

During his career at SARS, Denis served clients in multiple industries: retail, energy, FMCG, software engineering and IT, agriculture, chemicals, pharmaceuticals and healthcare, telecommunications, etc.

Prior to joining SARS, Denis was part of Eurobank EFG business development team, focusing on successful rollout of Eurobank's operations in Ukraine.

Denis holds a Master's Degree from the Kyiv National Economic University, specializing in Corporate Finance
